Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms govern the distance sale of: (a) Santera-branded merchandise; (b) tickets to attend events organised or promoted by Santera.

Contracts concluded through the Site are governed by Italian law and, where applicable, by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) for purchases made by consumers.

The essential characteristics of the products are described on the relevant pages of the Site. Images are indicative and may show slight colour differences compared to the actual product.

Availability of products and tickets is kept up to date but not guaranteed in real time. Should an item become unavailable after your order, we will inform you promptly and refund any amount already paid.

All prices are in Euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, where due, are shown separately before order confirmation.

The order submitted through the Site constitutes a contractual offer to purchase governed by these Terms. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation e-mail at the address you provided.

You may purchase either by registering an account or as a guest. For guest purchases, the order will not be tracked in the "Account" area of the Site, but you will still receive the confirmation e-mail with the order summary.

Payments are processed through the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Santera does not access or store your full payment card details, which are handled directly by Stripe in a secure environment.

The charge is made upon order confirmation. If the payment is not authorised, the contract is deemed not concluded.

We ship to the Italian territory only. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown in the cart before order confirmation.

Standard shipping has a fixed cost shown at checkout; free shipping conditions apply according to the thresholds and areas indicated on the Site. Delivery times are indicative and run from order confirmation; unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer Customer when they (or a third party designated by them) take physical possession of the goods.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of physical products, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the goods (Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision through an explicit statement (for example an e-mail to info@santera.it) before the deadline expires. Sending the notice before the 14-day period ends is sufficient.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.

You are entitled to a refund of all payments made, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide evidence of return shipment, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Products must be returned intact, unused, with any original tags and labels.

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, lasting 24 months from delivery, for lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. To make use of the guarantee, contact us at info@santera.it.

The purchase of event tickets grants access to the indicated event, subject to availability and to the rules communicated for each event.

After purchase you will receive a digital ticket with a unique, named QR code. The QR code allows a single entry and is verified at the door: once validated it can no longer be reused. It is your responsibility to keep the ticket safe and not disclose the QR code to third parties.

Tickets are personal (named). Resale for commercial purposes is not allowed. Entry may be subject to presenting an identity document matching the ticket holder's name and to compliance with the venue/event rules.

Pursuant to Article 59(1)(n) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the supply of services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Therefore, no right of withdrawal applies to event tickets.

If the event is cancelled by Santera, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price. If the event is postponed, the ticket remains valid for the new date; if you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund. Any service fees may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Refund requests for cancelled events must be sent to info@santera.it within the communicated deadlines. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence and the courts of their place of residence or domicile (if located in Italy) remain applicable.

Under EU Regulation no. 524/2013, consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
